What are wax melts?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax without a wick. They can come in all various shapes, colours and sizes. You use them in a wax burner (tea-light or electric), which when hot melts the wax and releases the beautiful scent from the fragrance oil within.
One of our wax melts will last approx 12 hours. Perfect to enhance the atmosphere within your home with soothing fragrances.
Are your wax melts and candles made from a natural wax?
They sure are! Our wax melts and candles are made with a natural blended coconut wax. This wax does not contain any genetically modified ingredients, soy, palm, or paraffin products, is biodegradable and vegan friendly.

Have any of your ingredients been tested on animals?
No! None of our ingredients are tested on animals.

Are your products pet safe?
All our wax melts and candles are made from a natural blended coconut wax, blended with fragrance oils. It’s the fragrance oils, that ‘can’ be harmful to pets and humans. All our products are clearly labelled on the website with the relevant CLP - Classification, Labelling and Packaging information, please read before purchasing as these labels details the full ingredients and any allergen/warnings.

How quickly will my order be sent?
All orders are sent via standard delivery through EVRI, usually between 1-2 days. We do offer a free local collection service from Rochford, Essex. Feel free to select this option at checkout - orders are usually ready to collect within 24/48 hours.

What happens if I would like to cancel my order?
All orders are usually shipped within 24/48 hours of order being placed. If you are yet to receive a shipped email confirmation, please email us immediately at info@beatriceandlilly.com and we can happily cancel your order and process a refund.
If your order has already been shipped, please drop us an email explaining the reason you would like to return your item. As long as your item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and unused, we will happily process a return on receipt of the items being returned. Customers are expected to pay their own return postage fees, we are not responsible to reimburse you these costs.
